Response times may vary depending on workload and whether a retainer agreement is in place. Priority is given to existing retained clients.

Repeated communications or requests for updates do not expedite response times or create any obligation to act.

No Monitoring of Deadlines

Unless and until a written retainer agreement has been executed and any required retainer has been received, Retained Legal Services does not monitor limitation periods, court dates, filing deadlines, or other time-sensitive requirements.

Any dates or deadlines referenced in preliminary communications are provided for general informational purposes only. Responsibility for meeting all deadlines remains solely with the individual unless and until a formal retainer is in place.

No Obligation to Act
